WHO WE ARE
A Crooked Barn Charcuterie, LLC, is a chef-inspired charcuterie and sausage production company with one goal - create a wide range of charcuterie items featuring locally and sustainably farmed raw ingredients. Owner Pete Cacace has over 20 years of experience working as a restaurant manager, cook, sous chef and executive chef. This experience prepared him to develop techniques, processes, and recipes that have a proven track record of success.
WHAT WE DO
Almost every culture has a unique style of sausage and charcuterie to offer. We have used our experience to apply new approaches to traditional recipes to create modern delicacies. Our products are handmade, with special care taken to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Major producers use mechanical techniques to increase efficiency and consistency, but we use a simple manual crank method, twisting the sausage link by link. By using an artisanal approach, we are able to produce uniquely flavored products you simply can’t find anywhere else, giving each package its unique characteristics.
